First, they put my carpet on back order and I had to wait a MONTH, yes a MONTH to get my flooring in! Then when they came to put it in they told me that I would have to pay an extra 115 dollars for them to take the old carpet up! Plus, they were closed on Monday so I couldn't even call them! NOT a good reliable place.
